Hello! My name is Bethany. I am a 34 year old, 5th and 6th grade math teacher, going into my 13th year of teaching. In addition to teaching 5th and 6th grade math, I have experience in 7th-8th grade math and 8th grade ELA. I am also a mom of a two year old and a five year old! We love to travel and go on adventures together!
As a parent, I understand being short on time. In early 2023, I started creating Boom Learning resources. I decided on a whim to try and sell some of my decks. I was floored when I made my first sale! I have been hooked ever since. Since then, I have branched out to selling on Teachers Pay Teachers and blogging. In starting this blog, I hope to expand the outreach of my products. My goal is to provide other teachers with easy low to no-prep resources. I am also a fan of resources that are self-checking and provide instant feedback for my students. Math should be fun, engaging and should allow even the most reluctant of math students a way to check their work.
